Vicksburg Fire Department promotes new captain and lieutenant

Two members of the Vicksburg Fire Department have recently received promotions. Daniel Moulder has been promoted to the position of captain, while George Elmore has earned the rank of lieutenant.

Last week, a pinning ceremony was held to honor both Moulder and Elmore, who were surrounded by their families and co-workers.
