Two 18-wheelers caught on fire near Vicksburg High School on Sunday morning.

Dispatch received a call at around 1:40 a.m. that an 18-wheeler was on fire near the Vicksburg High School Stadium.

Engine 7 responded to the call and found two 18-wheelers burning that were parked in a lot by the football stadium. Both are owner/operated vehicles and both are a complete loss.

The Vicksburg Police Department has one person of interest on this case, currently being defined as a man in a blue shirt. The VPD is investigating the event incident.

Video security cameras are located near the fire scene but police have not divulged if they captured the event.
