Vicksburg man charged with three counts of Sexual Battery of a Child under 14

A Vicksburg man has been arrested on three counts of Sexual Battery of a Child Under the age of 14.

31-year-old Malcolm Ward was arrested by Investigator Stacy Rollison on Wednesday. He appeared before Justice Court Judge Randy Lewis who denied bond last week.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace mentioned that Erich Jerschied is the Lead Investigator and this case will be presented to the next grand jury.

If convicted, Ward faces three consecutive life sentences.
