Crime Report

On March 2, 2011 at 12:36 pm VPD officers arrested Juan Sanchez age 54 of 3103 W 1st Street Hialeah, Fl and Orlando Quintana age 23 of 3761 W 11th Court Hialeah, Fl for Possession of Counterfeit Instruments after th 2008 Dodge Caravan they were driving was stopped for speeding on I-20 West near the 4 mile marker. A consensual search of the vehicle reviled over 300 counterfeit credit cards concealed inside the vehicle. Both are being held without bond in the Warren County Jail. The Vicksburg Police Department is being assisted by the U. S. Secret Service and the investigation is ongoing. At 8:15 pm VPD took a report of a residential burglary in the 200 block of Kendra Drive were a 47″ Sanyo TV valued at $1000.00 and a 40″ Sam Sung TV valued at $850.00.
