Accident at Halls Ferry gas station

Shortly after 2 p.m. Sunday, responders were dispatched to the Circle K at the intersection of Halls Ferry Road and Pemberton Boulevard.

A U-Haul truck is reported to have been involved in a collision, causing the truck to leak gasoline.

This is a developing situation.  Vicksburg Daily News will bring you more information as it becomes available.

*Editors note:  This story was updated at 2:26 p.m. on 5/29 with the most current information.  Original sources reported that the gas pump was leaking, but responders determined that the gas was leaking from the vehicle.
