Nick Anderson returned to the football field last Thursday better than ever against SMU after sitting out for three weeks due to a high ankle sprain.

The Tulane University linebacker had a total of  11 tackles against the Mustangs in the 55-26 loss.

Before the ankle injury, Anderson was racking up multiple tackles for the Green Waves and he has proven that he hasn’t lost his touch in last week’s performance.

Anderson and Tulane will have another tough task on Saturday as they face No. 2 Cincinnati.
