Blue Duck responds to Saturday’s scooter accident

In response to our inquiries regarding a minor accident involving a Blue Duck scooter in Vicksburg, Blue Duck sent the following statement to the Vicksburg Daily News:
“We are aware of the incident in Vicksburg over the weekend. The safety of our riders is our number one priority at Blue Duck and we carefully maintain our assets and promote the rules of the road.
We are carefully reviewing the circumstances of the incident and have no further comment at this time.”
Blue Duck’s rental agreement states that riders agree not to hold Blue Duck liable for any injury suffered while using the services or operating a scooter.
The Vicksburg Daily News has not been able to verify the rider’s injuries; however, they were reportedly minor.
