Box truck completely destroyed by Monday night fire

A vehicle fire occurred on Monday night on Old Mt. Alban Road.

Warren County Fire Units responded to the fire where WCFU spokesman Jeff Riggs reported that E-911 received a call a little after 11:00 p.m. that the vehicle was threatening a structure in the 100 block of Old Mt. Alban Road.

Fire Units from 209 and 204 of Culkin, Bovina 409, Fisher Ferry and Northeast firefighters all responded to the scene where Incident Commander Lee Williams found the cab and engine compartment of the box truck on fire.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is undetermined.
