Brandon daycare cleared after a child drank hand sanitizer

Kids are Kids Learning Center in Brandon has been cleared of any wrongdoing after a December 14 incident.

A five year old was taken to a hospital with blood alcohol level 0.174. During their investigation, the Brandon PD determined that the child intentionally drunk hand sanitizer and had a history of doing that as well.

No charges were filed.
