Catfish Row Museum honors 32 local women in new exhibit

The Catfish Row Museum in downtown Vicksburg has put together an exhibit in honor of Women’s History Month entitled ‘INSPIRING THE NEXT GENERATION: Exceptional Mississippi Women and Vicksburg’s Leading Champions’.

The exhibit highlights 32 Vicksburg-area women who shaped history as leaders and visionaries. The museum is currently offering free admission.

The Catfish Row Museum is located at 913 Washington Street, at the corner of Washington and Jackson.  The museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
