Alexander Lindsey of Vicksburg fled from a Sheriff’s deputy in the Halls Ferry area after the deputy attempted to pull him over. The chase led to Lindsey crashing his car into a ditch on Indiana Avenue and Bellaire Drive.

Lindsey was taken into custody and passengers in his vehicle ran off on foot.

Lindsey’s vehicle was impounded and later searched, when officials discovered a significant amount of narcotics. Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace reports that Lindsey was in possession of quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine valued at approximately $10,000.
