Chris Winston commits to Hinds CC

Warren Central football star Chris Winston announced over the weekend that he will play football on the next level at Hinds Community College.

Winston was a big part of the Vikings defense and offense over the past few seasons, and his hard work has paid off as he has received a full athletic scholarship. Winston recently played in the Mississippi-Alabama All Star Game where top players from both states competed against each other.

In his announcement, Winston thanked his family, coaches, teachers and teammates for their support. With Winston already being one of the top linemen in Mississippi, he is expected to make a big impact for the Hinds CC Eagles in the fall.
