De’Michael Harris is now playing in the Canadian Football League

Vicksburg native DeMichael Harris is now playing football in the Canadian Football League.

Harris, who formerly played with the Indianapolis Colts, signed with Ottawa RedBlacks in February.

Harris starred at both Hinds CC and the University of Southern Mississippi. He finished with 61 receptions, 587 receiving yards, five receiving touchdowns, 122 carries for 621 rushing yards, and five rushing touchdowns at USM.

Harris is a graduate of St. Aloysius High School where he led the Flashes to a state championship appearance.
