Flashes took a loss to Central Hinds

St. Aloysius High School football team took a 48-13 loss to Central Hinds on Friday night.

The Cougars grabbed two quick scores in the first quarter to go up 14-0. The Flashes eventually responded with a 26-yard touchdown run by Pierson Smith. By halftime, CH would take a 34-7 lead.

Sadler Lambiotte came in at quarterback during the second half and connected with Carson Smith multiple times, including a 30-yard reception. Lambiotte scored a two-yard rushing touchdown on the next play.

The Cougars eventually took home the win and the Flashes will travel to face Riverfield next week.
