Former Vicksburg High School football star Marvin Martin Jr. has committed to playing for Kansas State University.

Martin made the announcement Wednesday when he took to Twitter to inform everyone of his plans.

Martin officially committed to play football at Boston College last month but decommitted  a couple of weeks ago.

Kansas State has a 4-4 record so far this season. Martin is a big recruit for the Wildcats for next year.

Martin played most of his high school career at Vicksburg High until this summer when he transferred to Trinity Christian Christian School in Cedar Hill, Texas.
