Offensive lineman Stewart Reese has announced that he will transfer from Mississippi State University. He is the fourth MSU football player to enter the transfer portal in a little over a month.

Reese’s transfer comes after fellow teammates Fabien Lovett, Brevyn Jones, and Keytaon Thompson decided to leave the Bulldogs as well.

Reese started 34 games for Mississippi State. He started the first 26 games of his career as a right tackle before moving to right guard last season. He was primarily used as a substitute down the stretch of the season, starting in only one of the Bulldogs’ last six games of the year.

Reese has a full year of eligibility left to play college football. He recently graduated from MSU so he will be eligible play to this coming season without having to sit out a season due to NCAA graduate transfer rules.

Reese is a native of Fort Pierce, Florida, and his younger brother David plays at the University of Florida.
