Freetown Road bridge project nears completion

The bridge on Freetown Road in Warren County is nearly complete.
Columbia, Mississippi, based TL Wallace Construction has to install striping and work through a punch list of minor details according to Brian Robbins with Stantec.
Robbins informed Warren County Supervisors Monday that the $1.54 million project, which was begun Jan. 20, would come in under budget.
The project was funded through Mississippi’s Emergency Bridge and Road repair fund, created by the legislature in 2018.
