Game overturned: Missy Gators must replay playoff game

Vicksburg High School softball team must now replay a game between them and New Hope after conflict over game balls.
New Hope coach Casey Halford took the issue to state officials who ruled that the game must be replayed.
The Missy Gators won the game 9-6 but now due to the new ruling, VHS must fight New Hope for another win to advance to the next round. The game will be replayed on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Vicksburg’s softball field.
