I-20 shut down again

I-20 westbound at Clay is shut down, again. Traffic is backed up to at least the 8-mile marker.
The hills near the overpass have proven to be challenging to 18-wheelers today. Earlier today the interstate was shut down at the Halls Ferry exit due to a jack-knifed 18-wheeler. Currently, there are two 18-wheelers blocking the road west.
Wrecker crews have been dispatched to the scene but are struggling to move the vehicles. There is no current estimate of when the interstate will reopen.
Do not go out if you do not have to go out. The Vicksburg Daily News has received countless reports of vehicles off the roadway or blocking the roadway.
Shane Garrard with e-911 has reported 240 calls for stalled or stranded vehicles in the last 22 hours.
Law enforcement has spent the entire day clearing vehicles from the roadway.
