Jackson State University baseball team defeated rival Alcorn State on Sunday in a 11-0 win.

Nikelle Galates was on the mound for the Tigers as he struck out four of the Braves’ batters.

Marshal Luiz and Ty Hill led the Tigers with two RBIs and two hits.

Tyler Hill, Luiz, Equon Smith, Hill, and Chandler Dillard all had multiple hits on Sunday for the Tigers in the win.

JSU also won the two previous games this weekend over the Braves with scores of 10-0 and 6-4.
