Jefferson County’s Jabari Watson selected to play in the MSA Senior Bowl Game

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

Jefferson County football player Jabari Watson has been selected to play in the Magnolia Sports Association Senior Bowl Game.

Watson, a senior quarterback for JC, currently has 1,692 passing yards, 16 passing touchdowns, 282 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns. He also completed 111 of 174 of his passes.

Watson is a heavy contributor to the Tigers as they sit with a 5-3 record in 2023 under Head Coach Roderick Holmes. They will host Wesson on Thursday night.

The Senior Bowl Game is scheduled to be played on December 31, 2023 at East Central Community College.
