Joshua Williamson,11, got a buck Saturday while hunting with his grandfather Bendel White in Issaquena County.

Williamson is the son of Kala and Craig Williamson. He is a sixth grader at Redwood Elementary and is known for being a star student in the classroom.

He is also a youth baseball player for the Yazoo Sluggers, a AAA team in Yazoo City.
