Lady Vikes earned a playoff spot after defeating Pearl

Warren Central High School girl’s basketball team qualified for the playoffs after defeating Pearl 47-21 on Friday.

Zion Harvey led with 10 points while Ta’Mya Sims added eight. Bre McDowell and Jae’la Smith both scored six points while Mariah Burnett added five. Makayla Mitchell scored four points and Alexis Jefferies and Kayleigh Karel both had three points each. Beatrice Porter scored two points.

The Lady Vikes are led by Head Coach Pooh Robinson.
