Lady Vikes scored 13 runs in the fourth inning to dominate Franklin County

Warren Central High’s softball team knocked off Franklin County on Thursday in a crucial 15-3 win.

By the third inning, WC trailed 3-2, but the Lady Vikes would take over as the fourth inning approached.

WC secured an impressive 13 runs in the fourth to help put the game away for the Vikings, allowing a return home with the win.

Mary Evelyn Hossley pitched the game for WC as she racked up seven strikeouts.

Hossely, Kamryn Morson, Jill Smith and Malynn Kelly all managed to get a hit in the match.

Mary Evelyn Hossley, Kamryn Morson, Makalya Jackson and Kayleigh Karel all contributed run scores which allowed WC to dominate the game.
