Major water line break on Halls Ferry Road

A burst water main on Halls Ferry Road just north of the intersection with Cain Ridge Road has interrupted water service for that area and has caused damage to the roadway.

It is unclear at this time how many homes and businesses will be affected or for how long.

Halls Ferry Road has been reduced to two lanes to allow through traffic, although an alternate route is advised.
