Man and Woman Shot near Grand Gulf

WLBT is reporting that according to Claiborne County Sheriff Frank Davis, two people were shot in Claiborne County Tuesday. The incident happened around 2 p.m. in the Grand Gulf Community.

According to WLBT, Sheriff Davis said a woman suffered a gunshot wound to the head and a man suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

The man and the woman are at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. The shootings are still under investigation.
