Mayor Flaggs orders car washing businesses to shut down for the next 24 hours

We just received an updated statement from Mayor Flaggs concerning the water lines.
Car washing businesses will now be closed in order to complete repairs to the water lines.
Statement from Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. (2/20/21, 11:45 a.m.):
“Pursuant to my emergency powers under § 33-15-17 of the Mississippi Code, I am shutting down all car wash businesses, and residential car washing, within the City of Vicksburg for the next 24-hours as we work to restore water service to those without it.”
