Warren Central High School ninth grade girls’ basketball team defeated Ridgeland 27-21 on Monday.

Kennadi McKay led the Lady Vikes with 11 points while Malia Croom brought in eight. Shaniya Lewis added four points while Kelsey Snowden and Chanise Anderson both scored two points on the night.

WC will travel to play Rosa Scott on Tuesday.
