Merit Health constructing new building on Pemberton by Goldie’s

Merit Health has begun construction on a new building on Pemberton across from Goldie’s in the empty lot in front of Pemberton Plaza.

The plot the new building is being constructed on has been empty since the construction of the plaza in 1985, but recently went up for sale.

The construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
