The City of Hernando is currently working a missing persons report for Arthur Conway Russell. He was last seen on July 31, 2023.

Russell may be occupying a 2014 Chevy Malibu Grey with TN Tag BGH1480. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts, and black slide shoes.
