Missy Gators demolished Jim Hill 21-0 on Wednesday

Vicksburg High School softball team crushed Jim Hill 21-0 in a district win on Wednesday.

Harmony Harris hit a inside-the-park home run to start things off as the Missy Gators went up 3-0. Raylyn Parson, Jo’Lencia Howard and Trinity McGloster would all get inside-the-park home runs by the end of the first inning as the Missy Gators led 16-0.

Lexi Kistler, Howard and Parson all got RBIs in the second to push the lead to 21-0 and the game would soon be called in the third.

Parson went 2 for 3 at the plate with five RBIs while Howard also had five RBIs with one hit. Charli VanNorman, Harris and Amari Johnson all had a hit. McGloster, Kistler and Harris all had two RBIs while Powell, Anzley Keen and Avery VanNorman each had one RBI.

Shandrea Lockridge had three run scores in the win.

Lili Kistler struck out six on the night and only allowed one hit.

The Missy Gators will travel to Ridgeland on Tuesday.
