A single vehicle accident put an area man in the hospital.
First reports indicate the victim lost control of the motorcycle after hitting a pothole. The 61 year old was scraped up and complained of a shoulder injury. He walked to the ambulance under his own power, refusing to ride in the gurney.
A Vicksburg Fire Department ambulance transported the man to the hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.
