Multi-agency effort results in arrest, two suspects at large

The Madison Parish Sheriff’s Office on Monday announced the arrest of Spencer Nolan, 36, related to a burglary of a camp on Mill Road in Madison Parish that was reported on June 9. Nolan was arrested last week in Warren County and has been extradited to Madison Parish where he faces charges of one count of simple burglary, one count of simple criminal damage to property and one count of unauthorized use of a moveable.
Madison Parish Investigators along with numerous Warren County Investigators executed search warrants last week and numerous items were recovered, including clothing, weapons, tools and a UTV. Subsequently, a John Deere Tractor was recovered along with a utility trailer at a scrap yard in Claiborne County. The Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office along with the Port Gibson Police Department aided in these recoveries.
Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said this continues to be an open and active investigation and his investigators are continuing to pursue leads related to this case in addition to cases that might be related. Investigator Leon Wedgeworth from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce’s Theft Unit is heavily involved in all aspects of the investigation.
Investigator Brandon Wilcher said on Monday morning that two additional persons are wanted in relation to these crimes. They are Sabin Reaves, 30, and Megan Ramsey, 31. Both Reeves and Ramsey have active felony warrants out of Madison Parish.
Wilcher offered thanks on behalf of his agency and Madison Parish Sheriff Sammie Byrd for all the assistance and cooperation from the various agencies involved.
