NFL player’s wife faces felony domestic violence charges

VICKSBURG, Miss. (Vicksburg Daily News) – The wife of NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins is facing domestic violence charges following an altercation earlier this month in which she allegedly assaulted her husband at a Las Vegas hotel.
Kalabrya Gondrezick-Haskins has been charged with felony battery and domestic violence. She is accused of punching Haskins in the mouth, knocking out a tooth and splitting his upper lip.
Although police were called and Haskins was transported to a local hospital for treatment, Haskins later downplayed the incident on social media.
“I appreciate the concern… however I have all of my teeth,” he wrote on his Instagram Story. “Don’t believe everything you read. Peace.”
Haskins currently plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers and is the backup quarterback and is a former Ohio State standout.
