Ole Miss retires Eli Manning’s jersey

Ole Miss announced that it will officially retire Eli Manning’s No. 10 jersey number following the team’s victory over LSU on Saturday.

Manning, 40, played for the Rebels from 2000 to 2003 where he led Old Miss to multiple victories and won many awards including the Maxwell Award.

Manning went on to play professionally for the New York Giants, winning two Super Bowls before retiring in 2019. He joins Archie Manning and Chucky Mullins who are the only other players to have their jerseys retired by Ole Miss.
