One person injured in drive-by shooting on Clay Street Saturday

A man was shot in the shoulder while traveling in a vehicle down Clay Street Saturday night, police say.
Three individuals were riding together in an SUV when a dark colored car pulled out in front of them near the KFC on Clay. That is when two passengers in the dark car, one wielding a handgun and the other a long gun, began to fire at the SUV, striking one occupant in the left shoulder, they told police.
Chief Jones said the injury did not appear to be life-threatening. The investigation into this incident remains ongoing. At the time of this writing, no arrests have been made in connection to this shooting.
