Osborne pitched PCA JV team to a victory on Friday

Porter’s Chapel Academy freshman Taylor Osborne pitched the junior varsity team to a 11-6 victory over Benton Academy on Friday.

Osborne allowed one run and struck out three batters in the victory. He also had two hits and one run score.

Ryan Sykes led PCA with three RBIs and a run score.  Teammate Hayden Beard had three run scores, Chase Hearn and Thomas Azlin had two-run scores with multiple hits. Teammate Willie Rogers had an RBI. Gavin White and Braden King also drove in a run score in the victory.

The young Eagles team will be back in action on Tuesday against Greenville St. Joe.
