PCA crushed Jackson Academy 21-9 on Thursday

Porter’s Chapel Academy earned their second win this week as they went on the road to defeat Jackson Academy 21-9.

The Lady Eagles had a total of 11 hits with Marley Bufkin leading the way by going 3 for 4 with one RBI. Sophie Masterson(2 hits)and Coley Potter(1 hit and a double) both brought in five RBIs while Audrey Carraway(1 RBI), Olivia Dawson and Mia Abdo each had one hit. Senior Ali Blackmon also pitched in heavily by going 2 for 4 with three RBIs.

Emily Muirhead pitched in the win as she struck out four batters on the day.

PCA will play again this Saturday as they host a tournament at Bazinsky Field.
