PCA crushed SIA 16-5 on Tuesday

Porter’s Chapel Academy baseball game gave Sharkey-Issaquena the business on Tuesday in a 16-5 win.

The Eagles grabbed 10 runs in the in the first inning with Gage Palmer, Thomas Azlin and John Wyatt Massey gaining hits. Chase Hearn, Gavin Pugh, Lawson Selby, Brayden King and Zach Ashley all had hits in the first inning as PCA went up 10-0.

The Eagles would grabbed another four runs in the third after Hayden McDougal got a hit while Johnston, Ashley and Nick Neihaus all got run scores.

McDougal got the final two RBIs in the fourth and King got a hit.

Ashley threw four strikeouts and Palmer had three. Hearn and Pugh also threw two strikeouts.

McDougal went 2 for 2 with three RBIs and Pugh had two RBIs with his one hit.
