Porter’s Chapel Academy Junior High girl’s basketball team defeated Tensas Academy 31-16 on Monday.

Emily Muirhead got the Lady Eagles on the board first shortly before she and Audrey Carraway both dominated in the second. PCA went up 16-5 at halftime.

Kendall Smith and Mia Abdo both made shots in the second half. Muirhead also knocked down a 3-pointer.

Muirhead led with 11 points, followed by Carraway who added nine. Smith put up six points, Abdo finished with four and Alexis Whittington added one free throw.
