Porter’s Chapel had no issues on Thursday night as they took down Tallulah Academy 78-27.

“We finally started sharing the ball and we’re a much better team when we do that,” PCA Head Coach Casey Fisher said.

By halftime, the Eagles had a 30-point lead when they went up 44-14 after Ty Mack busted a couple of 3-pointers while Taylor LaBarre pulled off a few layups. A running clock was enforced during the second half when Noah Porter refused to be stoped as he knocked down some corner shots.

Gavin While nailed three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter to finish the night with 17 points. Porter grabbed seven rebounds and six assists as he led the team with 21 points. Mack finished with 15 points and 10 rebounds while LaBarre also added 15 on the board with three steals. Chase Hearn scored five points and Tyler Halter ended the night with four points.

PCA will host Union Christian on Friday.
