Port Gibson came up short on Friday night

Port Gibson High School football team came up short on Friday in a 34-30 loss to Franklin County.

Jeremiah Christian had one rushing touchdown that went for 25 yards. Quarterback Cameron Gibson threw two touchdowns to Kameron Brown(10 yards) and Jukwon Frye(65 yards). Frye finished the game with 115 receiving yards.

The Blue Waves also got a defensive score when Darion Fells grabbed a pick 6 that went for 50 yards. Eddie Liggins also made multiple defensive stops.

PG will travel to Tylertown on Friday.
