VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

Port Gibson High School girls’ basketball team defeated Murrah 50-47.

Ger’Kiya Flowers led the Blue Waves with 26 points and Rekiyah Washington put up 10. Camara Evans and Amiyah Hedrick both scored seven points each in the win.

Port Gibson will host Newton on Monday.
