Raymond High School basketball player Eric Paymon, Jr. is beginning to gain national attention as he continues to climb up on the recruiting charts.

After helping the Rangers to a state title under Head Coach Tony Tadlock, the 6’9” Power Forward is now the ESPN’s No.1 recruit in the class of 2024.

Paymon averaged 14.1 points per game this season along with 6.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists.

By adding Paymon to the roster last summer, Raymond instantly became a better squad. Paymon still has two years left to star for the Rangers.

Paymon has already received offers from big universities such as TCU. It is expected he will receive many more in the next two years.
