Seven VHS freshman cheerleaders named as All-Stars

Vicksburg High School ninth grade cheerleaders had a camp last week hosted by Alcorn State University cheerleaders Rogers Wesley and Kennedi Fitzgerald.

“The ladies did great as a whole and really learned a lot of stunts, especially the Lib and extension,” Head Coach Hollie Johnson said.

Ambrielle Thomas, Dallas West, Jordan Tillman, Shundrea Lockridge, Xavier Jennings, Kiara Johnson, Deztinee Odom were all named as All-Star Cheerleaders of the camp.

The team will soon be cheering for the freshman football team in the fall.
