Vicksburg native Vertez Shorter has been named to the AAC All-Conference Team.

Shorter, who plays football football Reinhardt University, was named to the Second Team along with four more of his teammates.

Shorter plays on the defensive line and has 38 tackles and 2.5 sacks this season as Reinhardt stands with a 8-2 record.
