Silver alert issued for Bolton man

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 72-year*old Jimmie Ray Bell of Bolton, Miss.,  in Hinds County.

He is described as a black male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen yesterday, Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at about 3:30 p.m. walking in the 6000 block of North Chapel Road in Hinds County wearing a turquoise shirt, brown shorts and slip on loafers.

Family members say Jimmie Ray Bell suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgement. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Jimmie Ray Bell, please contact the Hinds County Sheriff’s Department at 601-331-3167.
