Porter’s Chapel Academy basketball player Tiara Sims played a great game in the Eagles 46-41 win over Greenville St. Joe Friday.

Sims scored 18 points in the game as she helped the Lady Eagles to a well deserved victory. She played point guard the entire night and had no problem taking her defenders to the goal for a easy layup resulting in points.

Although Sims is known for her good dribbling skills and ability to get to the goal, she was also able to pull off some big 3-pointers that kept PCA alive in the game.

Sims is a sophomore transfer from Vicksburg High School who now plays under head coach Casey Fisher, and she is beginning to become an effective player for the Lady Eagles.
