Six indicted in Warren County on aggravated assault charges

Six individuals have been indicted in Warren County for aggravated assault.

Michael Ross and Devon Ross were both charged with aggravated assault, drive by shooting and shooting into a motor vehicle. Both were arrested in November 2021 from an incident that occurred on Athens Avenue.

Denise Bester and Stacey Bester were charged with aggravated assault from a July 6, 2021 incident.

A stabbing in September 2021 led to Taree Johnson being charged with aggravated assault-domestic violence.

Cordell Flowers was also charged with aggravated assault from a December 2021 shooting.

All six will have to obtain legal counsel and decide whether to reach an agreement with the prosecution or to take their cases to a judge or jury.
