St. Aloysius defeated Tallulah Academy 72-44 on Thursday

St. Aloysius boys basketball team hosted Tallulah Academy on Thursday and finished with a 72-44 win.

Ahmad Stewart led the Flashes in points by putting up 20 on the night.

Matthew Pitre also had a big night for the Flashes and scored 14 points, got 22 rebounds and six blocks.

By halftime the Flashes were up 36-18 and would soon come out in the second half to punish TA even more.

Korey Sims knocked down four three-pointers, wrapping things up with 12 total points. Teammate Lazaveon Sylvester added 10.

The Flashes will be on the road Friday to face Clinton Christian Academy.
